I would say work on improving you anatomy and structure... The first pic... the breasts are at a weird angle in perspective.... and the proportions of the second woman looks extremely tall... Looks like there is some good technique in there though.... keep at it!

To post big pictures you have to host them first.
I prefer ImageShack. Once it's hosted, it's going to give you a bunch of URLs, copy the last one "Direct Link to Image".

Go to the forum posting window, click the "Insert Image" button and paste the URL and TA DA!

Yeah, use imageshack. Go to imageshack.com, browse to your image on your PC,and hit HOST IT. Then take the first address that comes up on the second part of the page that comes up.

I like the first one! and I think the breasts are fine, but you are not showing that her torso is twisted, that's what makes it look weird.

thanks ~~ i will correct the anatomy and refine it soon , here some environment that progressing ~~ , the volcano painting is actualy gonna be a matte painting for my company use ~~ but in the end the company decide to model the bg in 3d rather then a matte painting , so i'm taking it for my own use, going to change the compostion again for it . the one below is done during my free time at work ~~, althought i stop at this stage but i still felt there thing need to be improved ~~ hope can get some critic from u guys ^^ thanks

This is more of an opinion thing:
I think the whole picture will look much sexier if you cover her nipples with a lock of hair and the other with like one of those volume adjustors that hang on wires or one of those button floating in the air. Just as an example.

The enviro's are pretty nice... and I think your coloring technique there is great... The gir; with the headphones in my opinion if suffering from anatomical problems... and it screams at me... The shape of her ribcage, the angle and shape of the clavicle... the curve of her neck... are all, in my opinion problem areas... I would take a look at some referenc eto get a better idea of what that area looks like...
