View Full Version : Some trouble with Eyeon's Fusion
thenodemaster 09-16-2006, 06:56 AM HI all. I just got a hold of the Kaze Ghost Warrior DVD, which came with the source files Timothy Albee used in his production. MY problem is this: the flows are all in Version 4 .FLW and version 5 (Which is what I have) can't read that format. Is there any way to convert it to an usable form? There is the version 4 demo on the DVD, but I am not sure what it will allow me to do as far as save and export--if there is even a common compostion flow format that both versions can read. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. TNX guys & gals!

You cannot open V4 flows in V5. EyeOn did a complete rewrite of the Fusion core at the expense of backwards compatibility. I believe it was worth it, but it can be annoying in a few cases. However, your Fu5 license allows you to run DF4. Just download it from your account on the EyeOn website and you're done...
Hope that helps.

Cool. I will probably end up installing DF4 to at least see the flows and settings and manually set them up in 5. I really want to see what this guys was doing! I really appreciate the help there. Didn't know I could run both with my V5 license.
