Well, the stomach looks just odd in both lineart and coloring. Lineart there should not have zigzag lines and color shades are not very well worked.

Well,
I think the eyes are mis-aligned. The left eye is alright, but the right eye is at a slant and too far the right of the face.
The left breast is slightly larger than the other, and the Gen13 logo doesn't look right. Fairchilds breasts are big enough to cause more of a distortion in the logo between the breasts. So the E and N would look more rounded in. But not too rounded in. Its' mostly the E that bugs me cause it gets bigger in the middle, not smaller.
The colorings alright, though kinda plain. The reflection in the shades are pretty bad. Get more reference for that if you like. All in all, I think you should really watch when your stuff begins to angle to the right, assuming your right-handed. Try to flip the image over and you'll see more of what i mean, like the proportion and alignment problems.
Keep drawing and keep coloring.
