It is clear that the drawing is still incomplete *points to wings*

It does not look bad, but you will need to finish the wings, as i said, and define a bit more the light source. Maybe a bit of texture over the dragon skin =)

I do agree with the lighting comment, I think that your artwork is good but doesn’t incorporate a lot of depth in it. When you do this you put a heavy burden on your lighting and shading skills. So first I think you really should decide a concrete location of where the light is coming from. And secondly sharpen the edges of specularity up, don’t use a standard pain brush to do this make it more of a cartoon cell shade. Im not trying to discourage you from using gradients, just try to keep them clean and subtle.
