Hi Nelson,

I like the design. Nice and simple. Maybe some wood (crème color) on the facade will give some warmth. Maybe to replace those vertical gray parts but on the other hand maybe you wonted like that.

If you want to improve the render I would suggest just a small change in textures. Stone texture on the fence and gray stone texture below the entrance, parts of those textures are repeating. You should try to paint those for the hole object so the map is not repeating.

All the best

Nelson – This is a very good render and design, it reminds me a lot of the modern/international style. As far as improving it, I’ll second Nikola on the tiling textures – especially the stone beneath the entrance. The main problem with this part is that it tiles too much (about 3x7 on the front face) and there is too much tonal variation (one brick is very dark in particular, and another is lighter than the rest). To make the tiling less noticeable you could brighten/darken these areas respectively, giving the texture a more even tone. You could also, as Nikola suggested, paint one texture for that surface. You could start with the tiling texture you have and then add variation to break up the pattern. All in all tough, it looks great. Good luck on your proposal.
