Ok guys I am going to do the first homework thread for the DSF.

On Sunday ill post a thread called:
Snapshots of my city...

The idea is to sketch street scenes from your hometown on a skethbook
and post them starting this Sunday.
You have to scan in your drawing, and if you dont have a scanner, you can tak a picture of it.

one question: how about postprocessing scanned scetch? is it allowed?

Ugh, getting too cold to go outside and sketch stuff. I will just try and find pictures online and sketch from those.

But - but... What if the closest town is 15 kms away? Am I supposed to go there still? Or sketch trees during the whole day?

i cant draw crap with my pencil ;( imho ill take photos with camera and then sketch em with wacom in ps

Uh, yeah. Ditto. London is one of the most awesome cities in the world to do this kind of thing...but I'm not in London at all this weekend :(

That said, this is a really cool divergence in regular topics - keep this stuff coming Roberto!

Neither can I, which is why this is a good excuse to practice doing some 'real' sketching. Nice idea Roberto :thumbsup:
