View Full Version : Question on Surface Normals
Arcangel 01-29-2003, 06:16 PM Yeah I have 2 polygonal objects. The head and the Body. I was wondering I if anyone knows a way to get rid of the seam between the two, without a ploygonal combine and merge verts. Tried playin with the vert normal, edge normals and unlocking them but come up with zip. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi ... i had the same problem, and i can't solved that. it's easy if you don't want to rig and animate it, but if you deforming the neck, you'll have a visible line between the head and the torso.
i think this can be solved with mel. so mel gurus ... write som script please!
cheers
