View Full Version : How to create a nice bush object - videotutorial
I promised that I will publish a new videotutorial... OK, it is out! In Hair module I create a bit crazy, but complex. It is only a way...
I want to say, Hair is absolutlly stunning tool for many situations, but it is not so efficient in this case like other tools, DPIT, or Xfrog. Yes, there are nice advantages - hair generated leafs, for example, but we can not simulate growing etc. Peace S.K.
To my EN language skill, one man did not send me a promised EN commentary, I know, my english is very poor, by kind to me.
Tutorial you can find on http://www.fmm.cz/dmdownload/bush_en.zip
If you want to prepare a new EN version, please send me a message!

This tutorial (and others) you can find on ftp://195.122.212.11/download/tutorialy/cinema4d/
Please be patient - there is a limited access up to 10! users only!

Sorry, I had to read Shelley's Frankenstein for college, which took a bit longer than expected. I will still translate it if people find your tutorial incomprehensible, but in all honesty it's not that bad ;). If you want I can mirror the tutorial on C4DPortal's server. We've got plenty of bandwidth.

It will be fine! If you want, I can prepare smoke tutorial, too...

Thank you Pavel.
Your english is very clear.
You'd reach a bigger audience if you'd at least use the english layout. I'd bet most Czech users know the terms in the english layout.
Anyway, I know this requires lots of time and I appreciate that.

Itīs a bit harder question as you propably mean, I am autor of czech C4D version, too. Yes, we have a couple of users who are experted in EN layout, but there are many beginners, too. They work in C4D becouse it is Czech!
I still speculate on multilanguage version... But I can find not EN speaker :-/...

These are very valid reasons. Also, the bit of effort required to follow the Czech tutorial is nothing compared to the effort of making the tutorial itself.
Keep it going and again thank you.

I followed the smoke tut from pavel but I did it with Ditools instead of Mograph.
Here you can see a little animation.

Really very nice, maybe a bit slow, I think, but I know, that my example has been to quickly :-).
... yes Pavel I know. But as you surly know, if you have rendered your smoke you will always think it is to slow or to fast or not enough wave or wind or what else. To get the perfect smoke its a lot of tweaking, but it is fun and your Tut is very helpfull. Thanks.

By the way everybody should know that you can do it also with DPit nature Spirits "waverine" or DiTools "Di Shaper" instead of Maxons "Mograph" as Pavel did in the tut.
