wow that's scary, I would hate to see that thing one night :D

Great modeling so far, but I'm curios to your style, normally I see people make a simple version then add the details later, but you seem to just go poly by poly. Isn't that more work or is it a better work flow?

Nice work there matey ! :) Some questions.

Is it printscreens or renders? and if it is print screen, what sort of llightning do you use, or is it mayas default lightning? Kinda like how the shading falls :)

cheers,
Erik

thanks for the feedbacks guys..
MrJames: well, when ill finish the model i think ill do a bump map with zb.. but im not sure for the texture.
archerx: it depends on how much time I have, for me it's a better work flow, but need a lot of practice.
warbird: it's a printscreen done with xsi. The material it's a simple phong with a grey specular.
cheers everyone

You have some nice volumes, good weight to your model. The style from the concept is coming across well on the model with certain areas where the skin stretchs more than others... Solid model so far

That's some pretty wild stuff ya got dude! I think what you have right now is a great starting point to really start adding detail. I'd really like to see a close up of the eyes just so I know what I'm looking at...at the moment, both of the eye sockets are kinda difficult to "read."

Keep it up though man...I'll keep checkin' back for updates:thumbsup:

This is shaping up quite nicely, I really like how the butcher's eyes droop out of his sockets.
