CGTalk - arrows are red!

The arrows for the x y z axis are stuck red.instead of being yellow.and when i hover over a certain axis it turns both axis red so i cant select only one axis to drag in that direction.the only way i can, is if i manually select an axis from the tab bar.Ive tried resetting and reloading the default ui already.Is there any way around this other than reinstalling,i have way to many pluginz and i dont want to go through the hastle. thanks for your time
