Hey looks nice. How did you get this Film grain effect is it a post render effect in you're 3D app. or have you done it in photoshop or something else...

thanks everyone. glad you like the little sculpture.

i use LightWave to do all my modeling and rendering. i then brought the final render into Photoshop to add the grain and tweak the color balance and used a Depth Map render Pass to apply the DOF effect.

I'm a firm believer in the power of Post Processing since it's easier to change your mind at the nTH hour without having to worry about re-rendering.:applause:

Very cool style and atmosphere, but would look much better in some less 'default' pose... If this took one hour, pose should take ... 5 min?:thumbsup:

hehehe....true....i didn't want to mess with the pose until i got the palette for the composition looking right.

now that i have the mood set i can pose the little guy how i see fit.

There are many stories about who Azazel was, so probably you are right. I heard about him being one of the devils and a war god... but my favourite are Isaac Asimov's short stories, that's where my nickname comes from. No devils or war, just little otherworld demon with wicked yet not evil personality.

Wasn't this movie with Denzel Washington? I think I saw some fragments...
