Is it possible to extrude a circle using multile curves? Obviously I can pick a circle, select extrude along curve, and then select a curve. But can you select MULTIPLE curves?

Thanks....................T

first: you're talking multiple curves in a generator that takes 2sets of curves.
do you want multiple curves for the section or for the path or for both?

second: did you try?
not that hard to find out is it?

Hi. Yeah, I've been trying. It seems deceptively hard, because I want to extrude a circle using multiple simultaneous selections. I don't want to have to select each curve, which of course, I know how to do.

Scripting maybe.

If you first select your profile then select all other path curves, you can use ApplyGenOp("Extrusion", .......) call for extrusion each path curve.

Or another way around, select all your path curves, use pickElement in the script to select your profile curve and ApplyGenOp("Extrusion", .......) for each path curve.

You might be able to script something that will do this.

There's a script at xsibase that may work...
