The upper body needs work. Search for some reference photos for body. The dark tone on backgorund is the same value as the shadow color under the breasts and on shadow side of body - it is too flat. That's what i can say.

I'd also recommend to tone down the shadow behind her braid, the one that's being cast on her face. The forehead is a bit too large as well, I think.

Other than that I'm enjoying the progress. :)

EDIT: Oh yes, you might want to darken the right eye. I think it'll improve alot the general look of her face. Currently it has the same illumination level of the left eye, which is bathed in light.

I like more how the ice in the boobs looks, lets keep the nude for another occasion

"Oreithyia, wife of Boreas, the windy God of Winter, she was the daughter of Erichthonius, King of Athens, a mortal princess who found herself whisked away to join the Wind God in the mountains of Thrace. It took some getting used to, but eventually she settled down and produced cool CHIONE and the BOREADS. (Greek mythology). "
A woman trapped in ice? is she human?, how did she get there?, how much time she has been there?.
I've finished this painting (picture), and I can't find an explanation about it...

I'm not sure if you're still wanting crits or not, but I just thought I'd put in my 2 cents

The face looks a little too clean considering how diffused the look of the body is (very sharp contrasts). Also, there seems to be a lot more purple in the body than the face (looks like a hue contradiction.)

And lastly, but most picky, the hair seems too clean for someone frozen, you'll notice that hair accumulates a lot of frost in very cold temperatures due to high moisture content, but the majority of her hair is very brown.

ok you have obviously one big light source on the VL side of the picture ... how about another one striking on the girl from the VR side ( as Keylight ... 3 point lightning) ... to trim down the probably too strong dark shaddows ...

Im not 100% sure about this, i still have to learn alot more about painting to give really qualified feedback, just a suggestion mate ... keep it up ... you have a good learning curve ;)
