View Full Version : PROPOSAL for TWO Future Mini-challenges..

Two ideas I have been kicking around for future challenges (not necesarilly the next one) are:

"Animal Kingdom" would be similar to the 30 model challenge, but exclusively with animals. The things with this ones is that the animals should be ready for animaton.

Similar to the 30 day challenge but the list of objects would be based on the last years of operation of the aircraft carrier Enterprise.
People could model the ship itself (Or a part of it), the crew or the different aircraft & service vehicles.

The cool thing is that we could do both challenges in conjuction with the FXwars people.


What do you guys think?

they both sound good to me...although not being that good with organics I'd most likely tackle the Enterprise one....

that is if I can work it in wiht my Transformer work...which I'm heading back to after th current challenge

by ready for animation, do you mean the models should have good topology or good topology + rigged and weighted etc?

i think it might just be good topology...i seem to remember seeing roberto say somewhere else (in the fxwars forum maybe) that the rigging would be done by the fx guys
