View Full Version : How to Align vertices in Max 5
EricCartman 01-28-2003, 06:39 PM Anyone knows how I would align vertices shown below in red square. I would like them to be aligned verticaly (shown by yellow line). I moved a vertex or two around so it would be more clearly.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Try:

Switch to the front viewport

Best way to align points in Max 4, should be the same on 5.
1. First select all the vertices that you wish to align.
2. Pick select and non-uniform scale.
3. Then right click the select and non-uniform scale buton.
4. This will bring up scale transform type-in.
5. Now say if you want to align the points on the x axis, then right click the scroll bar on the x that will align the points.
