Just take this as a challenge.

Can someone help me composite this image into any background using AE without using any keying plugin? And please teach me how it was done. :) Thanks guys. :)

If you have the Pro version of AE, you get Keylight bunded with it, which is (almost) a one-click solution. It's very impressive.

just wanna maximize AE's potential without using any plugin. :)
