They can be done on any medium.
If you wish, you can add a brief text description about your piece.

You can post an entry at anytime for the topic presented on this thead BEFORE the voting thread for THE WEEK has been posted.
The artist also has to post total length of time it took and program used.
Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.

Not really a fight scene, but I just watched fightclub and had this image in my mind. I normally steer well clear of people, as I can never seem to get them looking right. Reference used. edit - The picture's of Tyler, from the movie Fightclub

I'm not doing so well with the time limits. Instead of getting better I seem to be progressing towards a style I already overcame in the third grade. And I've been trying to produce a decent pen/pencil style on the Wacom - it's not working because it still looks like I used a mouse. Thanks for letting me rant. I feel like the guy on the left lately.

Hello everybody!
I'm totaly new here and I'm a beginner in drawing as well.
So here is my "Fight Scene":
http://img459.imageshack.us/img459/7280/battlesceneio9.jpg
The first thing that popped into my Command and Conquer loving mind was Command and Conquer. So I decided to draw a Nod-Soilder watching a battle like the soilders on the CD-Covers / Boxart. But it looks like the explosion is inside the helmet and not a reflection :\ ... but I stopped working after those damned 45min. I also wanted to add some quick background ... but I was too slow.
PS7, Wacom Graphire, ... 45min.

Hello everybody, nice entries again :o... I don't play wow between my sketches, I stopped playing after three months, but once I start with my new job, I might start playing again... Don't know though, since wow is too addictive and usually takes much more of my time than I would like to.
Nice one Telemaco  Neat style... I don't know how you manage to have such neat lines, when I try, they never have the shape I want, I have to redraw them about 20 times...
Anyway, here's my entry. (Photoshop+tablet)...
After 45 minutes:

In Japan we play Janken (rock paper scissors) for EVERYTHING! Some kids take this all very seriously so I thought it would make a good battle scene. (Photo reference used)

lucavi, your work @ DSF is so damn cool. Can you show us how you work (brushes, etc.)? Maybe a little tutorial like Goro did? Would be realy cool.
(I know it are just skills, but would be cool anyways)
