I am currently taking my animation Production Team course at The Art Institute of Washington. I am the Technical director I did the rigging on this guy and thought I'd post a test animation done by the lead animator Gerardo Ramirez and I went back and added some seconadry action arcs etc... and a bit of ease curves on the controllers, the character was modeled by our lead modeler Michael Remy and I just could not wait to play it . Plus I was fortunate enough to recently (last weekend:)put together a dual P4 2.4 Xeon machine and wanted to test what this Bad boy can handle when it comes to Render time. So I used Max's lightTracer with default setup to render this guy and she pumped out 131 Frames of animation with light Tracer in 2hours Whoo!!Hoo!! check it out below.

Not bad so far BigSerge. I am not sure why, but is the animation suppose to look a bit fussy, especially around the edges?

Some critics...

1) His leg, especially the right one is a bit stiff before the jump. Also the ankle doesn't seem to move much.
2) The left arm becomes dead at the second half of the animation.
3) Maybe you want to add some secondary action to the hat.

These are just some suggestions... hope this helps. Keep up with the good work. I really like the character design by the way... as well as the model. :wavey:
