which finalrender functions did u use?
I can't see one of them, normal shadow,
no GI, no relaxed highlights, no caustics,
normal reflections and refractions...
Tell me what is difficult about finalrender?
I got used to it after 2-3 weeks, I think
the workflow and the structure/organisation
is logical and easy.
Keep practicing :)

maybe thats my problem, all those things you mentioned I havn't been able to do, I played around with the FR materials and thats what the lamp is using, there is scatter on the meta particles in the lamp, and that frame took an hour to render, so Im doing somthing wrong, I wanted to create a dark room and the glow of the lamp is bouncing off the walls and illuminating the scene, like in reality. Any advice, do I have to do somthing with the walls so they cause the light to bounce off?
