buying an expesive Gaming card would help the peformance of maya and Zbrush!?? e.g a 7900GT would deliver more performance than a 7300GT. cus if its not the case than maybe i can use my buget for a better cpu than my current Pantium D 805!?

If the rotation of the object, when you're not making adjustments to it, is sufficiently fast then the graphics card won't make a great deal of difference. The only thing a gaming card accelerates is what you see in games, mostly object shifting, bones based animation (vertex shading) and multiple texture layers. Anything else is calculated by the CPU and pumped across as a new object to the graphics card, especially the displacement maps and their effects on the geometry in ZBrush.

If you're finding slowdown in poly editing, SDS manipulation or ZBrush painting then a faster CPU with a fast FSB and a mainboard with a really fast memory throughput would be a better investment.
