Looks pretty good. I think the air conditioners could use some work; they look like they're made out of granite or something rather than metal, especially from a distance. I'd change their color and their texture around.

The corrugated roof in the first image that hangs over the edge throws me. It seems odd that it would be bent at that angle, rather than where a natural crease would occur. You could bend it at a nice 45 and then chip off the bottom edge of it so its not so straight. Hope that makes sense :). One other thing would be the grass planes that are around the edges and laying almost flat. They look a bit odd as there is nothing to fill in from the there on up. I would say keep the grass planes up and down and to blend the edges use some shorter grass planes instead.
The rest is looking good. I like the lighting and the texture work feels cohesive. Its a great over all piece because you can break down each prop separately and then put them all together for the finished environment. Good luck Wayne!

Texture-wise it's feeling pretty disjointed at the moment.
It looks like it's just photographs thrown onto a model, without being altered or having any extra details added. The normal maps (or are they bump?) are adding detail that doesn't have any hint of existing in the diffuse texture, either. Most notable on the dumpster and the air conditioning box and also on the rubbish bins.
The model's looking pretty good though. I'm liking the vegetation and the other little details around the place.

It's looking good. There's a lot going on in that scene.
Some things you might work on:
Arch.Talon has a good point about the bumps. I noticed it on your dumpster. I think that could look better with some work on your spec. map. Shiny spots/ dull cruddy spots. Would make it look real nice.
This could be picky, but the windows in your doors seem to need some kind of frame. A metal edge or something. Also on the doorknobs. They may need some kind of ring around the base. Maybe with a lock or something.
Hope this helps. Good luck with the job.
