1. How do I grab the control handles in Bezier mode?
2. How do I connect/weld two points from two different splines?

I ran throught the manual but didn't get any.

1. you have to be in the move tool to grab the bezier handles;

2. first run the connect command on the two splines, then select the points and use the join command.
