View Full Version : Maxtrans.dlr failed to initialize..

For some reason i try to load up Max 4.2 and it says Loading DLL's
DLL <C:/3dsmax4/StdPlugs/maxtrans.dlr> has failed to initialize, I have uninstalled some new plugins that i installed and i even did a Repair on the Max CD. Please help

Double-check that your plugins.ini file is still pointing to the right directories. Some plugins will modify this file and screw it up when you uninstall them.
