Is it bad that we post things we've made in Wings here? I know, that the WIP section and the gallery are around, but we are Wings users; we need to stick together :) .

Plus, I always thought it a little lame when Mods just got angry at posters for posting "in the improper section" when it was fairly trivial anyway. Though, I understand that CGTalk is huge and needs order to stay nice.

Thoughts?

Its not so trivial. We work hard to keep this forum orderly.

Posting WIP or Finished work in this forum is NOT encouraged. After all why would you want to limit your exposure to only wings users while it can be seen by everyone at the WIP or Gallery forum.

Please post your artworks in the proper sections.

wondered about that too.. is it good etiquette if one posted his wip in the wip section and a more technical post (wireframes and so on ) in the software section ? like asking advice on how to go on .
