Hi (o hello there), i want to make a woman head, including eyes, mouth, noise, etc. but I don't know how I had to do it, cause I have not much references, and the tutorials availables are useless (for me :P). Really, i am just a newbie using this program. I used to use other 3d modelling programs, but my knowledge about this program is quite poor. could you give me some instructions in order to make it?

By the way, you didn't mention if you want to create this head out of polys, NURBS or Sub-d's, that would also help to narrow things down.

its by wiro and its for 3dsmax but the principles are the same , i used it and got great results
