Looks pretty good so far..except, her eyelid doesn't seem to be wrapping her eyball completely, as seen in the 1/3 shot.

changed the proportions to make it look a bit more cartoony... Haven't fixed the gap between her eyelid and eyeball yet. Any C&Cs welcome...

Looking pretty good so far. What 'd probably like to see is more darks on her hair texture and a bit more definition in her arms.

I've Added more highlights & shading on her hair and fixed the gap on her eyelid like you suggested Testament. I've also started working on the body and arms. The model is 3441 tris..

i liked her better first, she looked a bit like mirage from "the incredibles"

nice job. The latest picture reminds me off the medic in Warrock.
What she definitely needs are thicker arms!

Wow this is commming along nicely, I like the color scheme you're using on the final one. She also has a much sharper look now, like she's ready to take on anyone, good job.

arrangemonk: Really? I didn't notice that. I wanted to make her look anime-ish, like the characters in final fantasy but they told me at the office to make her look more idealized so I gave her super model proportions.
DooFi: Thanks! I've widened the arms a bit, I hope it looks ok now.
Testament: Thanks! Your comments really helped me out, keep 'em comming.

Updates:

Did some Animation Test. I'm going to re-texture her coz they want to make her into a playable character. I'm also going to use this model as a base for the NPC Pilot.

The texturing is looking great. Really solid and cohesive. I like the hand painted stylye as well. The colors work, and the model is solid. What is this being used for?

Thanks Gamedev! Glad you liked the textures. The Pilot model is going to be used as an NPC for a new version of TerraWars (http://terrawars.net/TWIndex.php). We're redoing the textures, adding more stuff and fixing things we did'nt have time to fix.
