basicly i got a set of blueprints on some planes...how can i improve the quality of the viewport ?

It's likely the texture quality settings in the video card setttings.

Customize (Menu) > Preferences... (Menu Item) > Viewports (Tab) > Configure Driver... (Button)

Check both of the "Match Bitmap Size as Closely as Possible" checkboxes
