CGTalk - smoothing problem

i want to get rid of that space between the window + roof and the thing under them, without getting any hard edges, anyone who know how to do that?

The green and red obj has 2 different controll meshes when smoothing, atleast it looks like it.

Solution: Weld the green and red obj to make them share the same controll mesh, it will then bend smoothly as you want.
