Hi all, decided to try and model a "squeaky clean" girls face for the first time, not especially original, but just wanted the practice in doing so. Any feedback appreciated since the clean features makes it kinda difficult for me to put in "character"..seems that will come with eyes, hair, eyebrows and lashes.

Here's a few images from my reference of this particular girl.

Shoot those crits:)

The eyes seem to be too wide. The front ref image seems to have proportionally smaller eyes than the mesh. Also the mouth seems a little bigger than the ref image.

Looking good otherwise.

oh that's pretty. I'm loving the cheekbones, but the eyebrows seem too hard-edged. You might want to scale the head horizontally just a nudge.

The head is well done, but if that's what Estella looks like without hair, I dunno if I can think she's hot anymore. You gotta get some hair on that so you can do her some justice! soooo hot! Heh. Looks like it's comin along well though, I'll look forward to seeing some more progress.

sorry if i've ruined ur dreams or fantasies there..believe me it wasnt intentional:)

tried to rectify it some, so u can again feel, if not whole, then atleast somewhat better:)

was made aware that the model had some too masculine features, so i've tried smoothing them out some, removed the teeth for this post, since their present state doesnt do the model much justice

worked some more on this model..think i've managed to make it look like a girl now, tho i kinda lost the resemblance, if there ever was one, to my ref. and to tell u all the truth, i dont care anymore:)

next time i'll choose someone with more character on his/her own in the facial features:), i'll keep working on this one tho..but aim for something else than originally "planned" with the final output

Great work so far. If anything, it's looking like the skull tapers a bit too much at the top (I'm going by the last image you posted). Can't wait to see the finished model - I have a minor crush on Estella. If you want to model Jennifer Love Hewitt, then we're talking
