CGTalk - The Morak... WIP

Working on this thing. No plan, no reference pics. Just started from a sphere and got this. My challenge to myself here is to complete it using one single piece of geometry. So far the entire thing is made from one sphere. No added pieces. What do you think so far? comments, suggestions, early crits?

yeah i moved to polys too... go figure... definetly much much easyer than nurbs..
