CGTalk - welding problem

how is it possible to adjust where the welded point is to be created. The manual says that the new point takes the coordinates of the first point, but what is the first point in that case. Could someone please help me, i'm kind of in a hurry.

ther is a pllguins available that allows you to weld center and weld lowest as well. As for the first point, what it means is the first point in the structure manager, I think center would have been a better option if you could have only one, but theplugin is a fantastic tool.

As Kaiskai said, Weld Tools by Aaron Matthew is an excellent choice for this. It's available from Plugincafe.
