View Full Version : Help! Where is my Soft Selection ?

I don't know why, but since the first time i used my c4d, the tool soft selection isn't anywhere i can find. i looked the manual, and it states that my version has the soft selection. but i simply can't find it on the program.

my friend is using the same program/version and he has got the tool.

please help me! is there anione expiriencing this problem too?

Manual (9.6) page 493.

Create a cube with 3 segments each and make it editable.
Select the use point tool and tick the move tool.
In the Attributes-manager enable soft selection.
Select a point or two...and play with the settings.

Or Click on the live selection tool and in the Attribute Manager you will see Mode: Normal. You can change that to Soft Selection as well as Vertex Maps.
