heh.. the mouse one was the coolest :D

overall man i think your animation needs a lotta work. the lip sync's are kinda dull, and in both, the characters barely move their bodies around. it would have been cooler to see them over-acting every line all cartoony.. they just seemed to move too stiff for my taste. the walk cycle was poppy, but that coulda been the character's style if you meant for it. but yea, overall i would've liked to see more variety in the animations. anyway keep it up! sorry if i was too harsh lol.. good luck!

I agree with mistasam on all points. The mouse one was best because there was more movement in that one.

P.s. I don't think you can be harsh enough. I mean, these demos are going to be watched by professionals and they won't hire someone out of pity. Just keep on improving.

I wonder if it has something to do with the clips that you are working with... they are not really that exciting. This, in combination with the "mellow" music might be making it seem less exciting. Maybe some more energetic clips and some more emotional music. Just my opinion, I didn't think it was bad though, just needs a little more energy in it in my opinion.

^ exactly.. everything was fairly well animated, but the pieces being animated didnt seem to me to be enough to show off da skills. picking more interesting audio clips to lip sync will make it easier to animate wild and exaggerated stuff! this is, after all, animation.. which means you could really be taking it further, and if your sound is more interesting, everything will flow from it better. i totally agree with LabRat1 that if you change that, it will all be much cooler. k hope it helps, peace!

umm just a few critiques but when the armadillo says "all the akutchemull(sp)" The hands look like they hit an invisible field befor the quotations, and the walk doesn't seem to have any wheight in it bring his hips down more and add somemore overlap that might help. Overall I think its a good start...

Ok guys here's an update. I'm pretty happy with it now. It was def a good idea to put in a clip with more excitment, it balances it out. It was pretty blah before.

Thanks again.
