I been kicking around for a while the idea of doing a common mini challenge in all three forums:
The idea is that parts of the challenge would be done in every one of the sub forums:
CGTalk Daily Sketch Forum (http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=130) (Concept Design)
Hardcore Modeling Challenge (http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=208) (Modeling)
FXWARS Forum (http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=139) (Animation & FX)
We already startes something like this in the current mini challenge for the FXWARS Forum (http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=139) (superpowers), but I want to so something more hardcore with a common theme.
and problably a single storyline.
the common idea that I had (and been kicking around for a while) is called:
Some idea that I think would work well in this are:
The Dead of a Giant Killer Robot
(In the Washington DC Mall no less!)
