Hi, i know this is a stupid problem but i cant seem to figure it out. In the MAX tutorial on how to interact with objects it say this:

Select the left hand.
Click Select IK Object, and click the ironing board.
The object name Ironing Board appears to the left of the Select IK Object button.
Choose the Object option just above the Select IK Object button.
Change IK Blend to 1.0. "
but when i use my "LowMax_Max6v1_03" rig i cant even see the "select ik object" anywhere.
Is there any other way to make the rig interact with an object AFTER a certain keyframe?
