These are the rules:
You have 45 MN to do your sketch. IF you go beyond the assigned time limit , you have to post WHATEVER you have done after the time has expired, along with the FINAL drawing.
Post only your FINAL piece on this thread, based on the topic on the thread.
Only final pieces can be posted on the thread. They must have been done AFTER the topic has been announced.
RESOLUTION : The image can have any aspect ratio up to 800 x 600
They can be done on any medium.
If you wish, you can add a brief text description about your piece.
Only original compositions. No "tributes" or plagiarizing, unless is it an integral part of the challenge.
You can post an entry at anytime for the topic presented on this thead BEFORE the voting thread for THE WEEK has been posted.
The artist also has to post total length of time it took and program used.
Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.
The topics will be picked at random from the list on the TOPICS thread >>LINK<< (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php/?t=145003)
(The author will be given credit). So guys keep them coming.
You can add multiple entries, but please dont post WIP (Unless you intend to update them).

The Baroness is a distasteful and vile woman, only her foul temper and her loathsome dislike of all things "common" can match her revolting image. She is well knowing as a corset buster.
The sad thing is she was once a beautiful elegant young woman, but greed and the pursuit of material wealth has warped the once delightful woman in to her gruesome vile creature,

An hour, or more. Photoshop from scratch. Photo reference for pose used. After the 45 min deadline, I think I was working on the bills and the dress.

I don't consider "ugly" meaning only physical appearance. Ego and greed tend to be the most ugly and icky things we tend to have.

I called this piece CRESTFALLEN because Stonnahar, the mountainous creature sad and reflecting here, was long considered revulghass (ugly) by the locals. He yearns to love, to be beautiful as Doormahro, she who brings the first light of the day...

I may still finish it up. My fingers were cramping so I had to stop. Ironically, I was trying to make the "beautiful" Dorian more realistic than his portrait. However, I think the portrait looks more "real" than the figure.

Alice Great job I really like it.. Again I have to say I kinda feel sorry for her. but she is as ugly as sin thats for sure.. but she has got pretty eyes ;) great drawing mate. good work all .. oh and Relm you can have that hat anytime ;)

thanks Lman, I really like yours, good one, I think that those eyes transmit a lot of arrogance and disgust for everything... the bad thing is that I just noticed the corset, it's too hidden in the dark...

ANS - really ugly, hehe, the grin is the best part of it, it's like he's happy of being green or something like that... :D
