How to import maya4.5 objects to 3dsMax5 (without material)??? Is there a plug and where can i take it ?

Try FBX i/o plugins from Kaydara (they're free) that can import, lights, cameras, models, animations, skeletons, skinned geometries and materials: they works fine but check the pdf before using because are some limitations.
