Hi
Its my last scene, i hope you will like it. I have made modeling in Maya and partly in ZBrush. Textures and background in Photoshop. Give me some feedback what you think about it.

hey,

pretty nice picture.like the others said-great atmosphere and i think that the "tree" looks like an octopus crawling along the ground.pretty cool stuff.keep up the good work-look forward to the next one.later

Many strong hints of skulls in this, mainly in the bulbous roots and the machinery at the top. When I looked at the higher res I was kinda disappointed not to find one. Scale is a bit hard to judge, so some skulls would help that. Maybe I'm just hung up on skulls...

The image made me think of Planescape: Torment, especially the desert area, probably because the base of this machine tree looks like the start of a base of skulls and that made me think of the skull tower.

The blending of technology and nature is really top notch here. It seems the results weren't so great, however. I don't know if you intended any sort of commentary, but it's interesting none the less.

Some of the roots do start to look a little cg, though, especially the scraggly thin foreground roots and the four main/large spokes coming out of the top.
