First...i did not model this frog. In fact, it was modeled by the very talented REDO who posts on postforum.com. You can see his great work here:
http://www.forum3d.kom-net.pl/f3dftp.php?md=grpd&g=12&o=0&s=0.

I found this frog at the site, and since I sort of work for a company called frogdesign, I thought it would be cool to use REDO's model and render it and tweak it the way I like to.

The image is super grainy because I put the GI on the lowest setting and didn't render with any AA on.

Anyway...here's the image:

Be sure to check out REDO's models...he's a very talented artist.

cheers,

Hi there poli,

Here in Valencia we have the major party, but i´m working, and i came back from working, turned on the computer switched to cgtalk, and wow....a new policarpo post...had to reply... :)

As usual i love ur work...

lemme think if i can find anything to criticize here.. :)

well, the texture seems to me a little simple, and the grainy result doesnt help that.. :)

Any idea to solve that, maybe adding some darker spots on that bodyfrog´s texture will help

I will lower the dof...

There´s an interesting SSS like result on down of the frogs head...

never forget this is my humble opinion...

Anyhow, i´m sure u have a greater version on ur hd already done...

Keep them coming...

Cheers!
