View Full Version : Saving Cameras In Maya 4.5

this might be a very noob question but i have been messin around and i couldnt find out how to do this:

sometimes i get a cool angle that i want to render...then i have to switch views to tweak something , is there any way to save that certain angle that i find and later comeback to it via menu item . hope that made sense. anyhow thx for the help in advance

You can make Bookmars of your views.
You will find bookmarks in the View menu in your viewports (you have separate Bookmarks for each viewport).

Choose View/Bookmarks/Edit Bookmarks to make your own Bookmarks.

there's a script on highend3d.com for storing and recalling camera bookmarks by using hotkeys - it's named GOACameraBookmarkDude - (mel scripts->user interface)
