Unkle Bunkle

Hiya I've just opened Zbrush2, so I'm testing Zapplink as it seems like an awesome way to texture using Photoshop which I'm very comfortable with.
I've got a test object, UV'd it in Maya and added a 2k map to it.
Made a basic map in photoshop and whacked it on. Now I exported my object as an OBJ.
In Zbrush I did Tools and imported my obj, then click on texture and clicked import. It couldn't read my texture? Should it be a specific kind to work in Zbrush? JPG, tiff, 32 bit?
So anyway is this the right way to bring in a UVd model from Maya? Does this automatically bring in the UV layout I created? I then think
I have to drop it and press Zapplink and go back wards and forwards to photoshop. How does it know what res to keep my texture at if I can zoom in really close in Zbrush? Once this is done, where do i click in zbrush to have it bake out the final texture as one texture fitting into my original UVs?
Loads of questions, so much to learn!! Thanks in advance!
