Hi, I'm new to this forum. These are two dinosaur models I'm currently working on.

Criticism and suggestions would be very appreciated!

Wow... those are sweet!

It's kind of hard to tell if anything looks off with the pictures being that small - do you have any close ups of the heads?

These images are very nice, but the neck of stegosaurus is narrow and the head is small. Very nice  .

XD "walking with dinosaurs" :buttrock: .

Thanks for reply. I agree the stegosaurus neck is too narrow, but the head should be correct; I modeled them on the Gregory S. Paul restoration. May be the front angle of the head to give this "look"?
Update is coming very soon.

Im not an expert on this by any means, but im assuming the one on the left is a male?

If so, I dont know if dinosaurs, lizards, reptiles etc, have penises protruding from their bodies like that.

Now, Ive watched my walking with dinosaus dvd pleanty of times, and never noticed that. Not that I looked for it, but it just seems to be something more mamalian than lizard. So if youre going for accuracy, you might want to double check that, or prove me wrong with a reference pic?

But other than that I think theyre outstanding.

well I'm not an expert on this stuff either but I think I have seen enough about dinosaurs to know that that is not a penis on the rex but a bone protruding. I could be wrong, though.

You've done a great job with these, are you going to texture them?

Yes, the "penis" on the allosaurus (it is not a t-rex) is a pelvis bone. In the WWD dvd this bone is restorated more small but, as I already said, I followed the S. Paul restoration in wich the pelvis protuding is more evident.
Wrinkles on knees and joints: I agree and will update this!
And yes, when finished I will texture the two models by uvmapping (already made some texture and rendering test, and I plan to make an animation too).

Thanks to everyone!
