just go in the Panels menu of your viewport, then Perspective and select the camera you created.

--can we use the perspective view and turn it into camera view, like 3ds max or bryce does ? so e don't have to adjust the orientation and postsition for the cam object.

--and so we have a default otkey for 'Frame All' ?

thx

perspective view is a cam view.with all the options a cam has.
please check your manuals for such basic questions ...its all written there and very easy to find.

same about hotkeys.

OK, Just brought up the 'Hotkey reference card', will take few mins to study way for creating custom hotkeys.

Just found I poped too much basic question to jam this forum, he he.

Give me a few months, I will master Maya 4.5 and Motion Builder at the same time:)

In fact, just set up a good rig in Maya 4.5 for Motion Builder to load and read mocap data in MB, then bring back to Maya 4.5 for rendering, these two are superb combination.

viva FBX.
