Question, what sortof method are you using to model the armour w/ the spikes and all that sticking out? Are you using Sub-D's for that or are you using boolean operations first ?

Excellent Model, I love the whole design, excellent character... Although, I think that you should have modeled two slanting eyes on the side of the head, somewhere just below the top horns, leaving the front head protruding part bare.... just an idea :)

Ok he's got chicken legs which I think are used too much but, you took them and made them look special.
There were too few original ideas in this month's challenge. Everywhere you looked there were Mr. Universe physiques placed on chicken legs.
But yours looks good. Not too human.

Great job on your character, and I know the deadline is just a day away. But a couple comments that I think could really bump it up another notch:
The quadriceps stand out a little too much, and look a little too unnatural. Finger detail and forearm detail could use some more work. As well as the lower legs and feet. And well actually I'd love to see more muscle detail in the shoulders and in the biceps as well.
Love the work, quite inspiring. Great pose too.

I like the monster...who won't agree?
i liked also a version without eyes... i can't deal very much with this: i see the monster perfect with 1 or 5 :eek: little eyes.
i also would like to see a version with a unique horn on the back part of the head
when u'll port this into ur VG? ;)
