not really a site, but if you can get hold of the japanese Evangelion Artbooks (esp. the newtype one ), it might help (model sheets, etc ;) even if just for the coolness factor :D

Ill try see if theres an Ebook considering i really want those model sheets since all my refrences (series screenshots) are confilcing or at angels!

uh. if you want a pic a Ayanami then I could give you one.
It is really nice. there are 3 Ortho views: top, side, and front.
it is kinda difficult to model from because her arms are straight down by her sides.
And someone who modeled an absolutly excellent eva's 1 and 2 gave me their ref pics.
very high res ones.

Oh yeah and if you go through with an eva model then you must give me a few ortho and persp pics. so I can give it a shot
