for a project i'll be doing i tried to simply turn a sphere to dust using various information i've found here but when i tried to render the whole thing using the hardware renderer i came across a problem i just can't get rid of. i've tried setting everything to very high quality and different culling modes but it's still there...

i guess it's pretty obvious what i mean. also i don't know why the little piece of the cap at the top stays visible... the animated ramp for the visibility starts at 1.0 and ends at 0.0, there's just nothing left at the beginning/end that should allow this piece to be visible...
