Hi there! this is a matte based on the place where I live in, Ferrol, Spain. I want to make the city looks like 17th century. Right now I´m deleting the buildings and adding more ground, trees, etc. I´m painting it with two custom photoshop brushes. When I finish this process I´ll start to put houses, ships, some smoke, etc.
Thanks for your words, advices, etc, hehe.I´ll put more progress:)

Well, this is almost the finished image. I´m thinking about putting more houses but I don´t want to put too many of them, cause it´s a small village. What do you guys think about light, composition, etc? ;)

And I think here´s the final composition. I put more houses and a castle on the center of interest. I changed some elements like ships to give the composition more movement and finally put two main elements: one, on the left of the screen: castle, houses, animals and the other subornidated with some ships sailing to the right of the image:
And this is the element integration. The rest of the image was enterely painted with two custom photoshop brushes. One hard and the other soft:)The castle was retouched too with this tools:
Ok, I hope you like it and thanks again for your comments ;)
