Hi,
I added some attributes to an object in the channel editor and now I want to rearrange them in a new order. Is that possible ?
I tried to search for the answer but I failed. Any help !

i'm not quite sure what you mean, but sounds to me you are looking for Channel Control.

Go to Window -> General Editors -> Channel Control

I know the channel control. The problem is that I added attributes to my object to control the rotation of another object via Set Driven Keys. Now I need to change the display of order of these attributes in the channel box without recreating them. It is be like MMB drag 'n' drop but it does not work that way.

Thanks beau_cg but the script refuses to work on Maya 7

it says in the maya help docs that you can't -- so either do it right the first time, or find a handy dandy script that lets you do otherwise.

Here’s a hint, If you delete an attribute and undo it, it’ll end up on the bottom. If you highlight many attribute’s and do that, they’ll reappear in the wrong direction so you have to do it twice

Yuo can also reearrange them in the .ma file easily. Open file in prefered texteditor, search and then just change their order of creation. Best way to arrange alot of attributes created in wrong order.
