Overall this looks very good, however one area that keeps putting me off is the brow. You apepar tohave some texture stretching going on there with the pores all so defined and drawing towards the center. Possibly that needs a little more uv work to straighten out. The eyes area is also just that little bit too clean and crisp, it's really the jump between the eye texture and the skin there that's just a tiny bit too clean, the eye itself also looks a bit too much like ivory rather than eye whites.

I really appreciate
about the UV stretching,I think that is not a UV problem
because I use Zbrush to create the texture
maybe it is not natural enough,so you feel it look a little strange
about the color of eye...in face,my eye white looks a little yellow(sleep too late everyday)
overallI think the texture of this character is not good enough
and I really thanks for your comment
....
I check it again,I think you are right, the area between eyebrown is a UV problem
thanks for your comment
great but the eye brows are not

WOW! Thats awesome work. I agree with the texture stretching around the eyebrow area.
But thats a quick fix. Other then that its perfect.

I think you might have hepatitis (as indicated by the yellow sclera), but otherwise you've done a good job texturing the model. 4 stars from me.
