Long time reader first time poster, love the work guys some really inspiration stuff going on here. I need your help on a project I am working on.

I have been asked to work on a model for a stylized baby with emphasis on making it look cute. So far I have only modelled the head. I was wondering if I could get some feedback and advice on how to improve it.

Based on the renderings, the mouth looks like it sticks out further than the nose.

Thanks. I am using 3d max to model him.
I am using Wiro's head modelling tutorial to model the head. Great tutorial but does anyone know what has happened to his site? I went to check it about a week ago, his web site has been replaced with something more questionable.
